Ramona Jimenez has been chosen as the HUSD Staff Spotlight employee for the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. Ramona is a Classroom Activity Specialist at Valle Vista Elementary School. She is a team player and works tirelessly to make each student feel welcome. Ramona puts a lot of effort into her activities, collaborating with the students to create a fun and positive classroom environment. Students are always highly engaged and respond very well to Ramona. She is always focused on the whole child working hard to support their social-emotional, academic, and physical needs.
Additionally, Ramona has a team mindset and is always willing to support the ELO-Program team whenever needed. It is truly a pleasure to have such a wonderful and caring person as part of our team.
